How To Order Moulds

• Browse our Product Categories and select products to buy (Mouse over the product to reveal Add to Cart or Product Details)
• When you have finished shopping click View Cart (Top) and go to Checkout.
• Complete the Form, especially the ones with an * next to it.
• Shipping Costs are automatically generated.
• The Payment Method, Direct Deposit into our bank account.
• Read and Accept the Terms and Conditions by clicking on it at the bottom of the page. The little tick box next to it should now be ticked.
• Confirm the order. If nothing happens please scroll up and make sure you completed all your details.
• An automated email message containing your order will then be sent to you.
• We will give you a call or email you as soon as possible to discuss your order and to provide you with our banking details.
• Once you are satisfied please do a transfer to our account and SMS / email us proof of payment.
• We will send your order within 2-3 days (stocks permitting) and SMS / Email your tracking number to you.
• If you are in any way dissatisfied with our products, send unused items in its original packaging back to us within 28 days for a full refund.
